Before an appliance is taken on to cover we will always send an engineer to assess the appliance and the system. If the system is suitable the engineer will normally carry out your free service at this time.
Please note that we do not cover appliances made by the following manufacturers: Ferroli, Heatline, ELM Le Blanc.
The decision to take an appliance on to cover is solely at the discretion of Status Heating Limited (regardless of make or model).
Unlike many of our competitors cover, there is no limit to the number of call outs or parts within the contract and there are no excess charges ever.
Our same day response, even in the coldest winter is far from the usual in the industry. British Gas Customers can be made to wait several days.
