Domestic Boiler Service

• A service on a boiler will take around an hour
• When the boiler is new the annual service will maintain the manufacturer’s warranty
• A reminder will be sent out annually
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way

To attend to a faulty domestic gas/LPG boiler or central heating system. This does not include any parts.

• Attend to a faulty boiler/heating system in working hours
• Includes up to one hour on site on initial visit. (Labour for return visits will be charged extra)
• Stock of parts carried on van to help fix problem there and then. If parts are required, they will be quoted before fitting.
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way

Domestic Warm Air Service

• It is imperative that all warm air units are serviced every year, even more so than a normal heating boiler. Because the air is blown around the system by a large fan unit, there is often a large build up of dust and debris throughout the unit.
• By cleaning the unit properly and by ensuring that the pressures are correct you are really able to see the difference in performance from before we service a unit to after.
• A service on a warm air unit will take around an hour, but may take longer if the unit is particularly dirty
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way
• A reminder will be sent out annually

Domestic Warm Air Service of Multicalor Udara including filter replacements

• It is imperative that all warm air units are serviced every year, even more so than a normal heating boiler. Because the air is blown around the system by a large fan unit, there is often a large build up of dust and debris throughout the unit.
• By cleaning the unit properly and by ensuring that the pressures are correct you are really able to see the difference in performance from before we service a unit to after.
• A service on a warm air unit will take around an hour, but may take longer if the unit is particularly dirty
• This service includes the replacement of the filters (recommended by Multicalor on annual basis)
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way
• A reminder will be sent out annually

Service of Heat Interface Unit with Combination Boiler

• It is imperative that all HI units are serviced every year, even more so than a normal heating boiler. Because the air is blown around the system by a large fan unit, there is often a large build up of dust and debris throughout the unit.
• By cleaning the unit properly you are really able to see the difference in performance from before we service a unit to after.
• We will carry out a full service of your boiler including flue gas analysis
• A service on an HIU and boiler will take around an hour to an hour and a half, but may take longer if the unit is particularly dirty
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way
• A reminder will be sent out annually

Service of Heat Interface Unit with Combination Boiler

• It is imperative that all HI units are serviced every year, even more so than a normal heating boiler. Because the air is blown around the system by a large fan unit, there is often a large build up of dust and debris throughout the unit.
• By cleaning the unit properly you are really able to see the difference in performance from before we service a unit to after.
• We will replace the filter on your Multicalor unit (as recommended by the manufacturer)
• We will carry out a full service of your boiler including flue gas analysis
• A service on an HIU and boiler will take around an hour to an hour and a half, but may take longer if the unit is particularly dirty
• You will receive electronic confirmation of your appointment and SMS message when the engineer is on the way
• A reminder will be sent out annually

Domestic Landlords Gas Safety Check

• CP12 is completed electronically on site by our engineer by way of their PDA
• This document is e-mailed to the Landlord in electronic PDF format within minutes of the engineer leaving site.
• Our electronic CP12 has been fully authorised by the HSE and GasSafe.

Install Ariston Net GPRS Controls - Includes 24 months monitoring

• We will install an Ariston GPRS unit to allow access to the internet. The Ariston GPRS unit will need to be installed within 1m of the boiler.
• We will install an Ariston Cube RF (radio frequency) room thermostat
• We will attach your boiler to the internet and link to the Ariston Net portal
• We will install the Ariston Net app on your smart device and show you how it works
• We will monitor your boiler remotely

Install Ariston Net WIFI Controls - Includes 24 months monitoring

• We will install an Ariston Cube S Net room thermostat to allow access to the internet. The thermostat unit is hard wired and will need to be installed in the same room as the boiler.
• We will attach your boiler to the internet and link to the Ariston Net portal
• We will install the Ariston Net app on your smart device and show you how it works
• We will monitor your boiler remotely
